Reservation Fee: The reservation fee varies based on the size of your party, regardless of the number of painters. This fee is required to confirm your booking, as we cannot hold the room without it. The reservation fee covers the studio costs for everyone in your group, including paint, glazing, firing, and cleanup.

 

Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the total for all parties. 

 

Cancellation Policy: Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable.

 

Set-Up Instructions: To ensure everything is ready, we ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled party time. The room will be set up with painting tables, as well as a designated table for food and drinks.

 

Decorations: You’re welcome to bring signs, banners, or wall decorations to personalize your event. We kindly ask that you attach them to the windows rather than the walls to help preserve the studio space.

 

Guest Arrival: Parties will begin at the scheduled time.  We encourage guests to arrive promptly so everyone can enjoy the full experience together.

 

Guest behavior:  As a working studio with other guests, we want everyone to have an enjoyable experience. For the comfort and safety of all, the party host is responsible for the behavior and supervision of their guests. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful of others and mindful of noise levels. Disruptive, destructive, or disrespectful behavior towards fellow guests or team members will not be permitted. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive environment for everyone!

 

Assistance:  Our painting parties are self-guided to encourage creativity and personal expression. While a team member will be available to provide guidance and support during the event, please note that we are here to assist, not to do the painting for you. We’re excited to help you explore your artistic side.  

 

Allotment Time: The party room is available for 2 hours, with the option to extend by 30 minutes for an additional $100. Extended time must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability. Please note, the party room must be vacated immediately after the 2-hour session.

 

Food, Drinks, and Party Supplies: Our packages do not include food, drinks, or party supplies. However, you're welcome to bring your own to customize your celebration.

 

Pottery Pieces: Pottery pieces are priced separately and are not included in the reservation fee. Let us know your budget for each painter, and we’ll be happy to help you choose pieces that fit within that budget.

 

Split Tickets: Please note that we do not offer split tickets.  

 

Pick-Up: Finished pottery pieces will be individually wrapped.  The party host is responsible for picking up all completed items within 21 days of the event.
